UX Writing traditionally focuses specifically on creating the right experiences to help users achieve their goals with your products. Using the same UX principles as designers, UX Writers work with designers, product managers and engineers to encourage users through interfaces. UX Writing has to be clear enough to be invisible, yet provide a sense of confidence in the user’s experience to get them where they need to be. Combining value props and consistent messaging across the journey through marketing and UX creates an authentic experience that can encourage user trust and significantly boost engagement.
