James Royer is entering his third season as the Director of Digital Media and Strategy for the Kansas City Chiefs. In this role, he oversees all digital platforms including content, social media, and mobile app initiatives. Previously, James served as the Director or Digital and Social Media for the Tampa Bay Lightning. A 17-year digital veteran, James also spent seven years on the digital agency side and most notably served major clients like Jeep.com and the redesign of the Hilton Hotels digital properties. He started his career with the Detroit Lions as the New Media Producer from 2000 to 2004.
